In May of 1999 Chalmers and Kubeck, Inc - Aston, PA in effect acquired the resources of
Monarch Valve, Walden/Ferguson Industries, and Atlantic Valve; companies with
longstanding and outstanding reputations for high quality valve rebuilding that had
been servicing an area encompassing New York City, upstate New York and the Northeast
for nearly 30 years.
The number of skilled supervisors, valve technicians, and machinists has grown to the current
total of 30 full-time employees.
OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) affiliations result in the ability to
provide factory trained technicians for specialized work.
The Chalmers and Kubeck North shop is Located in Westfield, Massachusetts
at the intersection of Interstate 91 North/South and Interstate 90 East/West;
at the approximate geographic center of the area we routinely service.
The facility with 15,000 square feet under roof
includes a fully equipped machine shop; 10-ton overhead cranes; safety valve high
pressure steam, air, and liquid test capability; ample work/laydown space;
and inside storage areas for new valve, and replacement parts inventories.
Twelve service vehicles; and two fully equipped 48' machining trailers which provide
on site machining services, as required; support field service commitments.

Walden Engineered Products, a New England based process control, analytical equipment
and control valve manufacturer's representative, distributor and services provider
to the power, pulp & paper, and chemical industry was purchased by Chalmers & Kubeck North
in November of 2004. This acquisition serves as a cornerstone for establishing
a "best practices" Valve Automation Center and process control, analytical and
environmental monitoring and compliance solutions provider in the Northeast.
Walden Engineered Products maintains sales offices in Salem, MA Londonderry, NH and Brunswick, ME providing
dedicated customer service, support and solutions

With 184 skilled machinists, mechanics, welders, and fabricators
; C & K has expertise in industrial repairs and maintenance of all types;

to 50-ton crane capacity, can handle the largest of jobs.
